More than 1 million antidrug booklets distributed by Scientologists in Cortina Olympics

A nationwide drug prevention campaign in Italy has exceeded one million educational anti-drug booklets distributed in recent weeks. The initiative forms part of the international Truth About Drugs education programme, which aims to provide accessible knowledge about commonly abused substances Drug prevention and their risks to young people and communities.

Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in schools, businesses and urban centres. The campaign focuses on prevention through education, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a simple way.

The campaign is connected to broader humanitarian initiatives supported by the Church of Scientology, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
